On Saturday, people around the world celebrated the 50th anniversary of the first moon landing and the moon walk.
It was a pivotal moment in American history. Today is another anniversary. It was fifty years ago today that Apollo 11 came back to earth. It was no easy task. Someone who knows that first hand is Jack Clemons who is a retired aerospace engineer and lead engineer on NASA’s Apollo and Space Shuttle Programs.
Jack is also the author of the book, “Safely to Earth: The Men and Women who Brought the Astronauts Home.”
