Aronia Berry Benefits and Smoothie Recipe

He tells us all about the aronia berry and shares a smoothie recipe with us using the berries. Aronia berries which are full of antioxidants, can improve blood circulation, balance blood pressure, prevent and help in the treatment of diabetes and much more.
- 16 oz Almond milk
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar to sweeten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup of thawed aronia fruit.
